Firstly, you can divide your contacts into an unlimited number of categories
of your devising, such as clients, lawyers, subjects, other PIs, personal contacts and so on. Secondly, you can keep a vast amount of information (data) on each contact, including 22 user-defined fields which means that you can determine what they are used for. After all, only you know what extra information you might want to keep.
