You can also keep lots of free-format text data connected to individual contact records. You can type it in, cut and paste it from your word processor or the web, or scan it in from the original document and cut and paste it from your OCR software!

Once in, this data can be searched in simple or complex ways and can be printed out at any time.

In the same way, you can also keep photographs and drawings with individual contact records. This is ideal for subject likenesses, known associates, vehicles, unusual tattoos etc.
