I've only had Professional Investigator a week and things are already going well. PI is helping a great deal.
The program is already saving me time by keeping my case information so well organized and easily accessible.
I specialize in cargo theft and tractor/trailer theft so for every case I have detailed vehicle descriptions, four or five involved parties, numerous witnesses and informants and dozens of Work Done entries. PI is saving my sanity. And the customer service is top notch.
