I tried to download the program, but all I got was a PDF file - what's that?
A PDF file is a document (in Adobe's Portable Document Format) that can be read using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you tried to download Professional Investigator, but got a PDF file instead then you may have downloaded the Getting Started Guide in error. Don't worry - this is useful, too!
