How do I change the registered name within Professional Investigator?
When you download the Trial Version of Professional Investigator, the Registration Name is set to 'Trial User'. This is only changeable when you buy and register the program.
When you buy Professional Investigator, you need to supply us with the Registration Name that you want to appear at the top of all of the reports produced by the program.
This can be any name you like, up to 50 characters long (including spaces, puctuation, etc.). We will then supply you with a unique Unlock Code for this name.
If you need to change the name after you've registered (maybe because your company name has changed), then you will need to let us know in writing or by email, so that we can issue you
with a new Unlock Code.
