Why do I get an error while trying to use the shopping cart?

Occasionally you may encounter problems while trying to use our shopping cart - these are usually due to the way your browser is configured.

Often this is a problem of insufficient security. Try this:

If you are using Internet Explorer:

1. get online to a web site of your choice
2. from the menu, click View
3. click Internet Options... (this menu option only appears if you are online)
4. click the Advanced tab
5. go down to Security
6. ensure that PCT 1.0, SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are all ticked
7. if you have had to tick one or more of them, close IE and log off.
8. reboot your computer
9. log on to this web site and try again

If you are using another browser, you may have to consult its help, documentation or technical support personnel.
