How do I register the product I've bought?
As soon as you complete your purchase of one of our products satisfactorily, RegNow
informs us by email. This email includes the trading name and your copy's Registration Number that you filled out on the purchase form.
As soon as we get that email, we will email you with your unique Unlock Code and instructions on how to unlock your copy of Professional Investigator. The Unlock Code is especially
created for you, and it can only be used by you.
To unlock your copy of PI, run the program as usual, and when you see the Trial Period window, click the Register button.
You will see the dialog box above.
First, type your trading name into the entry field called Registration Name. This should be the exactly same name as you supplied to Netsales when you made the
purchase and the same name that appears in our email to you.
Now check that the Registration Number on the dialog is the same as the one you supplied to Netsales and the one that appears in our email.
Type the date that we have supplied you in our email into the Registration Date field.
Finally, type in the Unlock Code that appears in our email.
If all is correct, when you click OK, you will see a message confirming that your copy is now registered `for life'.

Please note that your copy is registered for one user. This means that if you are on a network, you will only be able to use PI on one computer at a time. If you need
more people to use it at the same time, you can simply purchase Additional User packs up to the number of users you need.
